- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
- Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Ingredients: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet. Stir-fry broccoli until tender, then set aside. Cook shrimp in remaining oil, add garlic and ginger. Return broccoli, pour in sauce, and cook until heated through.
- Serve: Serve hot over rice, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
