Dough:
- 1 package (13.9 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet
Cheesecake Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Filling:
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Additional:
- Extra diced strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Assemble Rolls: Roll out dough, spread with cheesecake mixture, top with strawberries and jam. Drizzle half of butter mixture over.
- Roll and Bake: Roll dough, slice into 9 pieces, place in dish, brush with butter mixture, bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and milk, drizzle over warm rolls, and garnish with strawberries.
Notes
- Enhance the cheesecake flavor by adding 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to the glaze.
- If fresh strawberries are not available, you can use thawed and drained frozen strawberries.
