  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry Filling:

  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Additional:

  • Extra diced strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Roll out dough, spread with cheesecake mixture, top with strawberries and jam. Drizzle half of butter mixture over.
  4. Roll and Bake: Roll dough, slice into 9 pieces, place in dish, brush with butter mixture, bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and milk, drizzle over warm rolls, and garnish with strawberries.
