Scale
For the dough:
- 1 package (about 12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (like Pillsbury Cinnabon)
For the filling:
- ½ cup diced fresh strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For the topping:
- Reserved icing from cinnamon roll package
- ¼ cup diced strawberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch round baking dish.
- Prepare the dough: Separate the cinnamon rolls and gently unroll each into a strip.
- Make the filling: In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture along each unrolled strip, then sprinkle with diced strawberries. Roll them back up and place them in the baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Finish and serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then spread the reserved icing over the warm rolls. Top with additional fresh strawberries and graham cracker crumbs if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a touch of vanilla extract to the cream cheese filling.
- These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge and reheated gently.
