Cheesecake Dip:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
For Serving:
- Additional strawberries or graham crackers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the sour cream or Greek yogurt, followed by the whipped topping, folding gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the chopped strawberries and gently fold them into the dip.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh strawberries, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or pretzels.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until well combined.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, mash some of the berries before folding them in.
