For the Wraps:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for pan grilling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and green onions. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Lay the tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them, spreading it across the center of each. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm with salsa, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Add diced jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicier version.
