Main Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the Burger Patty: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
  2. Cook the Patties: Cook the patties in a skillet or grill pan with olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
