Instructions
- Blend Base Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and instant espresso powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Chill the Mousse: Transfer the mousse mixture to a bowl or individual serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the mousse to chill and thicken slightly for optimal texture.
- Add Toppings: Just before serving, dust the surface of the mousse evenly with cocoa powder. Optionally, sprinkle crushed ladyfinger biscuits on top to add an authentic tiramisu crunch and texture.
