Description

  • 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • ¼ cup melted butter

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided

For the Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk

For Toppings:

  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. Prepare the Pudding Layer: Whisk both pudding mixes with milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add Toppings: Top with remaining whipped topping. Drizzle caramel and hot fudge sauces, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
