- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
- ¼ cup melted butter
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
For the Pudding Layer:
- 1 (3.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 ½ cups cold milk
For Toppings:
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, then fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- Prepare the Pudding Layer: Whisk both pudding mixes with milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Add Toppings: Top with remaining whipped topping. Drizzle caramel and hot fudge sauces, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
