- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes (seeds removed)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar).
- Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth.
- Spread Mixture: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Add Veggies: Evenly layer the chopped bell peppers, red onion, broccoli, black olives, and tomatoes over the cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil if desired. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh veggies.
