Description

This Veggie Pizza Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that combines all the flavors of a classic veggie pizza into a creamy, cheesy dip. Perfect for parties or game day gatherings!

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cheese and Veggies:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes (seeds removed)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar).
  2. Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread Mixture: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Add Veggies: Evenly layer the chopped bell peppers, red onion, broccoli, black olives, and tomatoes over the cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly.
